Elena, founder of story-line and member of the EMCC, is an accredited coach and holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching. She has supported professionals at all stages of their career and with life plans across a wide variety of sectors in the UK and globally.
This follows 20+ years of building teams across governments, regional and global agencies, NGOs and business networks. Having worked in humanitarian disasters and within political and social conflicts worldwide has given her a depth of experience in emotional resilience.
